Dear Friends,

"I cried when I left my family, friends, and comfortable life in Florida. Now I cry when I think of leaving my precious babies and children, the wonderful people I've met, and the beautiful memories of Romania that I will always carry in my heart."

Your friends and fellow workers,

Angie Thomson

Emma Rives, a volunteer with us in Romania for the past year-and-a-half, recently returned home. She first visited our projects in 2001 after hearing Angie speak about the desperate situation of Romania's street children. She was so moved by the tremendous needs of the children she saw while in Bucharest that upon returning home she began making arrangements to quit her job, sell her belongings, raise support and go for an extended period of time. In the 18 months she was in Romania,  she  was  able  to  see

are literally saving lives. She worked at the office, the Rescue Center and with abandoned babies and teens. She became friends with Angelica and her girls and helped them to make the transition from a dangerous and hopeless life on the streets to becoming a part of the CRN family.

We are proud to be able to share with you the impact our projects are having in the lives of children and families in Romania. We thank you for your generous support that is helping to give hope and a bright future to so many. We truly appreciate you!
